This
is all there is to our kitchen: The various workstations
condensed into one utility row.
Well, maybe not quite all. Outside the pic on the left
is the built-in refrigerator,
and a long narrow shelf across from the counters supports
a flour grinder.
The stove is a 20"
model, fueled by propane. It is 100% non-electric,
and a study in simplicity. Even the oven is a good one
with stable temperature settings and quite roomy for
a unit this tiny.
The integrated stainless sink/counter with 10"
backsplash is an Ikea piece, and therefore very affordable,
yet decent quality We have a rather unique water system,
with a manual handpump and an electric faucet side by
side at the sink.
