The central part of the cabin is this area which include the socalled breakfast bar, a facility used off course for numerous other activities besides eating cereal. Here Bjorn does crafts, lego's are built and visitors enjoy an occasional cold one.
The counter top, made from fingerjointed and glued european beech is another killer deal from Ikea. It is solid and has heft to it, while also extremely durable and dead flat.
Next to this bustling meeting place is the small office, the only space solely allocated to coytecottage's webmaster. No privacy here, which one would hardly expect anyway in a cabin the size of ours. This means that serious work is typically scheduled for the quiet hours around midnight.
The solar controllers, breaker boxes and batteries are also located in the vicinity, making this very much the command center.
